Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

Primary responsibilities for this position include providing service on new, renewed and existing accounts to agency clients. In addition, this position will provide internal support to account managers and account executives. Qualified applicants must be proficient in using Microsoft Office including Word & Excel, be well organized, have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Preferred consideration will be given to those candidates with an active Ohio Property & Casualty License.
